STRENGTHENING YOUR ENERGY BODY
Sunday, September 22nd ~ 9 to 11 a.m.
Hawthorne Movement Center ~ $30 ($25 pre-registered)
Develop a personal practice for building your vital life essence. We remove ourselves from the mind as focus and connect with our power to cultivate and maintain our energy body. We are less apt to succumb to illness/toxins when deeply grounded. And as we develop the ability to ground ourselves more deeply, we create healthy boundaries.
- Build Qi through powerful Standing Meditation
- Practice a Series of held stances to harvest specific energies
- Learn a selection of Qigong moving forms
PRE-REGISTER: Send payment using PayPal to firstname.lastname@example.org OR email me for my mailing address and send a check. Payments received prior to September 16th will receive a $5 discount ($25 versus $30 at the door). Please note that this studio is relatively small, so we are somewhat limited in attendees.
NOTE: Classes & Workshops are taught at multiple skill levels, so drop-ins are always welcome.

WORLD TAI CHI & QIGONG DAY: We had a beautiful demonstration at the Portland Farmers’ Market. In essence, we were practicing with people world-wide on this day of appreciation for these healing arts. Many thanks to those who participated ~ especially my son and daughter! It was very inspiring to see images of people the world over practicing ‘together’ at www.WorldTaiChiDay.org
Next year’s event will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2020
